性能特點(diǎn)/features
1、 Xw13B系列數(shù)控轉(zhuǎn)塔沖床采用C型雙機(jī)架和O型閉式機(jī)身結(jié)構(gòu)，整機(jī)經(jīng)壁爐回火處理，應(yīng)力去除徹底。其中xw13B7系列為機(jī)械主傳動(dòng)、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、維修方便，數(shù)控系列采用SIEMENS 802D;
2、 Xw13B10系列為液壓主傳動(dòng)，整套進(jìn)口德國(guó)哈雷公司（H+L）液壓系統(tǒng)，穩(wěn)定可靠、能耗低（僅11KW），數(shù)控系列采用FANUCOIPC或SIEMENS 840D。長(zhǎng)鑲套式結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)，旋轉(zhuǎn)工位采用部分式蝸輪蝸桿機(jī)構(gòu)，國(guó)際化配套的氣動(dòng)元件及電氣元件，進(jìn)口大導(dǎo)程滾珠絲桿、直線導(dǎo)軌，細(xì)毛刷結(jié)構(gòu)工作臺(tái)，全自動(dòng)集中潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)，可選用高性能全自動(dòng)浮動(dòng)式夾鉗。

XW13B10 series hydraulic drive, the set of imported German Harley-Davidson(H+L),hydraulic system, stable and reliable, low power consumption(only 11kw),the CNC system FANUCoipc or the SIEMENS 840D ,long casement structure turntable, rotate workers using part of the worm and worm gear pneumatic components and electrical components of the support of the international import large lead ball screw, linear guide, thin brush structure table, automatic centralized lubrication system may make use of high-performance fully automatic floating clamp.
