雙位油壓沖床是我公司根據(jù)多年油壓沖床生產(chǎn)加工經(jīng)驗(yàn)，基于節(jié)能、環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟(jì)、實(shí)用發(fā)展起來(lái)的一款組合油壓沖床，具備油壓沖床的所有優(yōu)點(diǎn)。整機(jī)將雙位淺喉沖床合二為一，共用一套液壓系統(tǒng)，兩套獨(dú)立的電氣控制箱，可同時(shí)、獨(dú)立控制操作，       組成鐵板剪角、沖孔、拉伸實(shí)用的組合油壓沖床，減少了設(shè)備投資，降低了生產(chǎn)成本，充分提高整機(jī)的使用效率。

主要特點(diǎn)：Main features:

1．         根據(jù)工程結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)特征，利用同一機(jī)身增加尾部淺喉沖床，得到雙位的淺喉沖床，充分利用了鋼構(gòu)機(jī)架，降低了沖床的制造成本，最終減少了客戶設(shè)備投資。

2．         根據(jù)沖床的間隙負(fù)載特性，利用一套液壓系統(tǒng)提供前后兩臺(tái)沖床的沖壓力，充分利用液壓系統(tǒng)，減少了電費(fèi)，降低了生產(chǎn)成本。
