ZD47多工位自動冷鐓機

ZD47多工位自動冷鐓機采用張閉式夾鉗傳送工件，每把夾鉗張閉時間可單獨調(diào)整；采用整圓套筒切刀，切口平整。主要動作機構（切斷，凹模推出，送料等）的傳動采用連桿形式；滿足大盤圓送料6帶搓絲機構，實現(xiàn)螺栓，螺釘從切斷，鐓鍛至搓絲一條線自動化生產(chǎn)；第三工位的凹模推出適用于切邊工藝或鐓鍛工藝，變換調(diào)整方便；每個工位均有沖頭推出機構，并可分為單獨調(diào)整；具有氣動控制的離合器和制動器，使主電機在無負荷下啟動，寸動靈活，調(diào)試機床時方便，停機時主滑塊自動停止后止點。
