●     本機主要機械結(jié)構(gòu)體采用米漢納高級鑄鐵制成，經(jīng)應(yīng)力消除，確保結(jié)構(gòu)體長久不變形。

●     X，Y軸配置線性滑軌，Z軸為硬軌。

●     三軸采用C3 級高級精密滾珠螺桿，經(jīng)預(yù)壓處理，將熱變位降到最低程度。在長時間高速移動下，可維持最佳精度與壽命。

●皮帶式主軸可選擇8,000l轉(zhuǎn)或10,000轉(zhuǎn)。

●主軸適合使用BT-40刀把

內(nèi)藏式主軸

●     內(nèi)藏式主軸高達30,000轉(zhuǎn)，特別適合高速加工。

●     主軸使用HSK-25刀把

Stable, Rigid Machine Structure

●     The major structural parts of the machine are manufactured from high-quality Meehanite cast iron and stressrelieved to ensure deformation-free performance.

●     Linear guideways on the X and Y axes. Box ways on the Z axis .

●     The three axes employ high precision ball screws which are pre-tensioned to reduce thermal displacement to a minimum. The machine also ensures high feeding accuracy at high speed traverse for long time operation and long service life.

Belt Drive Spindle

●     The belt drive spindle provides 8,000 and 10,000RPM to choose from.

●     The spindle accommodates a BT-40 tool shank.

Built-in Type spindle

●     The Built-in Type spindle provides 30,000RPM for high speed machining.

●     The spindle accommodates an HSK-25 tool shank.
