尾板整體鑄出，模板和機鉸采用高強度球墨鑄鐵，堅固耐用。機鉸采用雙曲肘連桿擴力機構(gòu)，整體機鉸運動特性達到快速及穩(wěn)定效果，全鋼套機鉸軸自由轉(zhuǎn)動，杜絕單邊磨損。油壓驅(qū)動齒輪調(diào)模裝置調(diào)節(jié)迅速，鎖模穩(wěn)定，并能保證鎖模的精確度。傾斜的鎖模機構(gòu)，使產(chǎn)品更易脫落。中內(nèi)潤滑系統(tǒng)確保運動部件的潤滑政黨。
Clamping Unit
The platens and toggles are made of high strength S.G.lron,and the toggles are designed in double link type.The geartype mould could adjust for ensuring accurate and steady.The incline clamping makes the products release easier andassures longr life clamping.
