數(shù)控端面銑床機(jī)加工端面銑床是迅達(dá)公司新型產(chǎn)品
端面銑床的構(gòu)成：
1. 床身:端面銑床床身分為雙矩形導(dǎo)軌和一矩一V合組形導(dǎo)軌兩種,床身導(dǎo)軌面都經(jīng)過(guò)超音頻淬火處理,深度為3-5毫米,硬度為HRC-52.耐磨性能好,使用壽命長(zhǎng).
2. 工作臺(tái):工作臺(tái)采用優(yōu)質(zhì)耐磨鑄鐵鑄造而成，精加工后，采用手工鏟刮與導(dǎo)軌面配鏟而成。工作臺(tái)的進(jìn)給采用變頻器，實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)變速。
3.立柱：立柱的導(dǎo)軌是采用一高一矮兩條矩形導(dǎo)軌組合而成。其高導(dǎo)軌高出矮導(dǎo)軌55毫米，結(jié)合面積大，穩(wěn)定性能高，剛性好。采用超音頻淬火處理，硬度耐磨性能好。工件高度不受機(jī)床限制，可垂直上下銑削。
4.橫向床身：橫向床身是在水平面上垂直與主床身，沿垂直與主床身中心線在水平面作前后運(yùn)動(dòng)。具有銑削寬廣的特點(diǎn)。由減速電機(jī)帶動(dòng)絲杠螺母運(yùn)動(dòng)。
5. 主軸：擁有獨(dú)立進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)，進(jìn)給速度由變頻器控制，可根據(jù)工件不同材質(zhì)，調(diào)節(jié)鏜孔(鉆孔)速度。 其中自動(dòng)進(jìn)給可選300/460/600mm，手動(dòng)微調(diào)為150mm。
Face milling machine consists of the following sections
Lathe bed ：face milling machine lathe bed is divided into double rectangular guideway and a rectangular
and a V composite guideway，Lathe bed guide surface get through super audio quenching processing，the depth is3-5mm，the hardness is HRC-52，the machine has excellent wearability and long life.
Worktable:worktable is made of high quality cast iron , after finishing, adopts manual shovel
scraping and guide surface scraping，worktable feed adopts frequency converter, achieve stepless variable speed.
Column：column guide adopts two rectangular guideways(one is high,the other is short). the high guideway
is 55mm higher than the short one, the large guide surface, high stability, good rigidity.it Is made
of super audio quenching treatment, the hardness wear-resisting performance is good. Workpiece height without being limited by the machine, vertical milling,
it can work in vertical way(up and down)
Horizontal lathe bed:Horizontal lathe bed is vertical with the main lathe bed in the horizontal plane,
movement(front and back) with the main lathe bed center line in the horizontal plane along the vertical. Milling is broad,the leadscrew nut is driven by a speed reducer
Spindle has independent feed system, feed speed is controlled by frequency converter, according to
different workpiece material to adjust the speed of boring (bore). Which automatically feed optional
is 300/460/600 mm, manual fine tuning is 150 mm
